Visa to Australia

For citizens of Latvia and other EU countries - short term

Visa Type: eVisitor (Class TV, Subclass 651 )
Authorization to enter Australia - for EU citizens outside Australia for:

- tourism ;

- visiting friends and relatives;

- business visit (but NOT for work in Australia);

- training of up to 3 months' duration.

Visa validity and number of entries:

- multiple-entry;

- valid for 12 months from the date of issue;

- Duration of stay: up to 3 months from the date of each entry.

Required Documents 

- Travel passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return (or high-quality color passport in electronic format - page with photo and basic information);

- completed and signed questionnaire.

In order to expedite the screening process and promote a positive response, you may be able to submit, at once, additional documentation confirming the high likelihood of your "close relationship" with Latvia and return to Latvia (permanent high income, real estate, etc.).
Design fee:

20 EUR per person.

Unlimited - each case is dealt with individually.

For non-citizens of Latvia, citizens of

EU countries - for a stay of more than 3 months

Visa must be completed well in advance of your trip!

Visa Type: Visitor Visa / Tourist stream (Class TV, Subclass 600)
Permit to enter Australia - for non-citizens of Latvia as well as for citizens of EU countries for stays longer than 3 months outside Australia or within Australia for the purpose of :
- tourism ;
- visiting friends and relatives;
- training of up to 3 months' duration.

Visa validity and number of entries:

- single or multiple (as determined by the AID) ;

- Duration of stay: up to 3, 6 or 12 months from the date of entry (at the discretion of the AID) .

!! The visa may be granted for a shorter period than your intended stay.
Required documents *:

- passport valid for travel, valid for at least 6 months from the date of return;

- 1 color photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm (light background), taken within the last 6 months;

- if you are employed, a statement from the workplace in English (on company form, with signature and stamp: position occupied, monthly income (gross), date of commencement of employment with the company, confirmation of leave dates for the planned trip period, confirmation of continuation of employment after returning from travel, contact details of the employer or his representative (name, position, and telephone number);

- a certificate from the school in English if you are studying;

- bank account statement for the last 3 months, in English (all transactions, opening, and closing balances), can also be prepared independently via Internet Banking as a PDF printout of the bank or a scanned printout in PDF format;

- Savings account printout (if any), in English (all transactions, opening, and closing balances), can also be prepared independently via the Internet Bank as a bank printout in PDF format or as a scanned printout in PDF format;

- copies of documents certifying real estate rights, with a notarized translation (if any);

- other documents which may prove the high probability of your "close relationship" with Latvia and return to Latvia;

- completed and signed questionnaire.
