A little about the recipe
Salmon is a delicious and kid-friendly fish that we have topped with toasted hazelnuts in honey and lemon. We serve the salmon with warm potato salad with peppers, peas, avocado, feta, and pesto. Enjoy!1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees warm air and boil the potatoes in a saucepan with salted water. Subsequently, shower them with cold water and divide the largest in half if you like.
2. Shake the hazelnuts on a dry pan until they start to take some color and smell nice. Remember to shake them along the way. Let them cool and zero them between the fingers so that the shells fall off. Chop the nuts roughly. know a more baked salmon recipe
3. Mix honey and a little lemon juice in a small bowl. Turn the nuts into the mixture.
4. Place the salmon in a greased ovenproof dish, season with salt and pepper and pour over the nut mixture. Bake the salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it splits into flakes when you lightly press it with a fork.
5. While the salmon is baking, make the potato salad. Clean and rinse the peppers and cut them into small cubes. Remove the stone from the avocado and cut the meat into cubes. Bake the peas or thaw if frozen and mix all the vegetables with the feta and pesto.
6. Serve the baked salmon with the potato salad and any. a little green on top if you have it in stock. However, do not spray green sprays for children under 3 years.
OVEN-BAKED SALMON WITH ROOT VEGETABLES
The easy solution? Run a purchased coarse parsley pesto for the topping.Baking time? It depends on the thickness of your salmon, how much you like it baked and of course how tender your root vegetables should be. Here they are with bites.
Accessories? Cereals, rice, quinoa, bulgur, pasta or absolutely nothing. You decide.
Extra delicious? Mix toasted, chopped pine nuts or hazelnuts in the topping for extra crunch.
